Do you need some help shifting damaging behaviours, health issues or unwanted feelings? The Personal Change Day is an intensive change process for people who simply want and need to move on but have failed to do so.
How will the Personal Change Day help me resolve emotional issues?
All behaviours, even the damaging ones that create poor self esteem, loss of confidence and every other uncomfortable emotion, are always motivated by a positive intention. The Personal Change Day will show you what the positive intention is behind your behaviour/ problem and then guide you through the process of how to change that behaviour to something more positive and productive.
How does the day work?
It is a face to face, one to one session with Stephen Bates over the course of a maximum of 8 hours in a single day, although 4-6 hours is the average time needed. After an initial conversation with Stephen to discuss your problem and what you want to achieve, you will complete and return a questionnaire. During the day itself the process involves finding out why you do what you do and what has prevented you from moving on. Stephen then uses appropriate techniques to help you resolve the issue and establish the new behaviours you want to put in place.
