Nightmares eliminated
Hi Stephen, I just wanted to drop you a few lines and thank you for your Personal Change Audio Programme. I bought it a few months back. Well, I finished module 10 this morning, it's taken a while and I must say has been a roller coaster of emotions from day one.
To start with, I uncovered more problems and emotions than I thought I had, but I worked through the programme and I feel great. Yes stuff happens but that does not have to dictate how I live my life anymore, I have decided it's not relevant.
The main issue I had, and the reason I started looking into getting help was I was having terrible fears and nightmares, and visions of something happening to my baby daughter, (18 months). The fear made me feel sick and yet I could not stop thinking about it. As soon as I started the programme I started to feel better, however, since going through the process in module 9, it seems that this fear started in pregnancy, when I said 'just in case something happens to the baby' (that is said a lot in pregnancy!!) - and that HAD stayed with me. WOW, all those wasted feelings, emotions, tears and good times - I could have been having enjoying her and I was worried sick.
I'm so happy I found this programme. Today I feel clear, I have my private book that I took all my notes down in and I'm putting my goals in it now, my new habits.
Once again, thanks so much. You have no idea how great it is to feel this clear in my head. I'm off to organise and clear out my office, and to replace the rubbish with my new goal board!
